Unemployment

Having a job is necessary to earn one’s living. However, nowadays, many people could not find one: they are jobless. This is due to many reasons. But there must be some solutions so that people so that people can have a better life.

One reason for this problem is that the machine has recently replaced man in factories and agriculture. Almost ever modern factory has a set of machines which work quickly and produce more than human workers. Tractors, pipelines, drop-by-drop systems of irrigation, have also replaced the handwork. There is less demand for human labor as a result. The governments try to decrease the number of jobs in the public sector to lessen the expenses and avoid deficits as well. They rely on the private sector for providing and creating new job. Another reason is that the demand for jobs has increased because the population is increasing too. In addition to that, a lot of people do not have the qualifications for many jobs, or just they cannot do some hard jobs. People like to have easy ones or like to work in the public sector because they will not have the same privileges if they work for the private sector.

Having enough jobs all the people is not an easy task. As far as the people are concerned, I think, they should have more qualifications for more than one job. A student is required to make the appropriate choice in his or her future career and study for that special career. Being a good student is the first step in having a job in the future. And laziness is not the right path towards a good job. The ministry of education itself should devise programs that lead directly to the job market. At the same time, the rich people have to become entrepreneurs and invest their money so that everybody can benefit from it, instead of being too selfish and stocking it in banks either in their countries or in foreign ones

To sum up, I think there is too much work for everyone to do. Every town and countryside needs too much labor in order to be clean and nice. A lot of roads need to be paved away; a lot of schools and hospitals need to be constructed. A lot of old people need to be cared about. Many children need schooling and good education. And a lot of mouths need to be fed. Whereas, in fact, a lot of labor force is being wasted every day. Unfortunately rich people care more about money than about people.

• Machines replace people in factories. Machines work more than people
• Machines also replace workers in agriculture.
• People do not have qualifications : degrees, certificate, training, experience
• People do not look for job. They wait for the others to give them jobs.
• Politics: decrease in job.
• Too many people and fewer jobs.
• Few people have all the riches.

2. People should have more qualifications for the new jobs

• One has to have a high degree
• People should be qualified and skilled for new jobs
• School should prepare student for future jobs, not only for academic purposes
• The government should create jobs
