To like your body, work out

Need an incentive to work out? According to a study, the more you exercise, the better you feel about your body, researchers studied more than 1,800 adults over the age of 50 and found the increases in physical activity were associated with having a better body image. The researchers also found that longer or more frequent exercise led participants to be satisfied about how their bodies functioned.
