Good health

 
To be in good health one has to do many things. He or she should first do some sport systematically. Walking for at least half an hour a day is necessary, too. He or she should sleep early and get up early and have enough sleep. Eating healthy food is of great importance. He or she should eat vegetables, fruits, some fish, check, mutton and beef. Natural food is better than genetically changed food. To have some fun and some rest after work is good for one’s health. There are also things that one should not do in order to be in good health, such as avoiding canned food, not smoking or during alcoholic drinks. Drugs are the most destructive causes of people’s health. Eating too much food may causes obesity and can have many bad effects on one’s health. As they say in Arabic, “health is a crown on the healthy people’s heads that only the sick people can see”.

To do:

  • Do some sports systematically : walk for at least half an hour a day
  • Get up early
  • Sleep early
  • Have enough sleep
  • Have some fun, enjoy yourself
  • Have a health check up at least twice a year
  • Have good food: fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, mutton, beef
  • Eat natural food
  • Have some rest when you are tired

Not to do:

  • Avoid canned food
  • Avoid too much medicines
  • Avoid smoking and drugs and alcoholic drinks
  • Do not too much
